These terms govern every creator, brand, and builder working with Nexon Media. Last updated: September 2026.
1. Eligibility
The guaranteed monthly income offer applies to creators with a minimum of 5,000 followers, or demonstrably strong reach and view counts relevant to brand audiences in Gujarat. Nexon Media may verify follower counts and engagement before onboarding.
2. Payout model
Creators are compensated on a commission or fixed-fee basis, as agreed per campaign before it goes live. Guaranteed monthly income is subject to on-brief delivery, timely submission of content, and remaining active in the creator pool.
3. Content standards
All posted material must be original, brand-safe, and compliant with platform guidelines and applicable advertising disclosure rules. Nexon Media reserves the right to request revisions before content goes live.
4. Brands & builders
Campaigns for brands, builders, and real estate developers are scoped and quoted individually. Instagram handle management engagements are billed as a monthly retainer per the signed agreement.
5. Exclusivity & conflicts
Creators may run parallel brand deals but must disclose any conflict of interest to Nexon Media before accepting a campaign through us.
6. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Earned, undelivered fees are settled for completed work.
7. Changes to these terms
Nexon Media reserves the right to update these terms. The confirmation shared at the time of joining (via the join form) constitutes the binding agreement between the parties.
